Community Relations Manager

Public relations officers provide a service to management encompassing counselling, programme planning and programme implementation.

Duties

advise management on strategies and policy issues;
develop a companys PR program;
lobby government or interest groups on behalf of a company;
answer public and media inquiries;
conduct internal communications courses and media training;
issue news releases and statements to the media;
organise special events;
write and publish newsletters, annual reports and company profiles
monitor public opinion.

Salary

$45 000 - $75 000
